General

The Laws of Starfall

Deity and God powers •

* Respect everyone on the site, there will be no name calling, back talk or verbal abuse anyone caught will have 3 warnings, once beyond those warnings you are banned

* You can have as many characters as you want to your OOC account, one account unlimited characters

* size of the avatars are 175w x 250h, signatures are 900w x 800h and posting tables are unlimited

* steal any graphic and you will automatically be banned

* only dragons are to be rped out (if you have a familiar you can rp them as well) other creatures are not to rped out by the player

* Dragons only exceed the length of 150 feet, height varies

* Adult content is not allowed, if your dragon is breeding with another please put fades to black during the mating no one should be able to read the mating, if you insist on the...adult content please take it to pm no one wants to read that content keep everything PG13 you are however allowed to swear just be courteous to others

* 4-5 months mini unless you post in the absence board is the requirement from being away from Starfall, if gone longer you will be immediately kicked off

* No godmodding please that is strictly forbidden

* Tribal chiefs (Leaders), Shamans (shape shifters), Priestess (Healer), Druids, Warriors, scouts are the ranks given to dragons in Tribes (groups of dragons)

* no power play with out permission if caught power playing you will have your post automatically rewritten by the poster after warning to do so, power play is allowed in the pit only

* if you are having a problem with anyone, guest, staff or fellow members please alert the admin

Spirit lands

	the home the fire dragons sleep in, beautiful red lily's grow from the lava that flows openly into the area making the fire dragons feel right at home

	the place the fire dragons hunt, heat from the volcano causes the animals that live there to have grown calluses on the paws/hooves from the burning hot lava below and inside the volcano

Diamond Springs	last post made in
	Steaming and cold pools of water that are protected from the dirt by marble and diamond bowl shaped depressions. Many old dragons come here to enjoy the heat of the hot springs.

	Towering Columns of pure diamond rise up towards the sky that light the area for several miles around. Many of the spires of diamonds have the written history of the Diamond Dragons on their spires.

Nightsong

	The cave the shadow dragons call home, the cave reeks of blood from the long dead and dying prey the dragons have hunted. Bones litter the floor and high of the ground tunnels that lead to chambers where the dragons sleep cover the walls all through the cave

	Towering black trees reach high into the sky, fog chokes the ground below hiding the roots and creatures that call the forest floor home. In the trees the shadows whisper and sing, when passing by a dragon will find the blood red eyes of a shadow dragon peering out at him

Crystallos

	the sanctuary for the elder dragons and wounded who can longer take up their roles within the tribe, the healers take care of their patients here unless the tribe calls for the healers to step away which then allows the healers apprentices to take their mentors place

Ice cave	last post made in
	ice covers the caves giving cover for the dragons who freeze their food inside, saving it for a less fortunate time. The ice is solid white, glimmering the bright sunlight, and appearing to almost glow in the moonlight. Cold and wet, the dragons find this place a tad bit too cold for a permanent stay.

Glacier Pass	last post made in
	Glacier Pass is the furthest section in Starfall, many a frost dragon goes there as a right of passage to become an adult. The area is known for its constant avalanches

Galeful Forest

	The Mystic forest is gorgeous, full of soft greens, and goldens. The overhang from the tall cypress trees overcoats the land, causing shadows, and light to fall in the oddest of places. This land is the sanctuary, the home of the Forest Dragon.

	Through the gale's of the forest, flows a small lake, not big in size, however not trivial either. The lake flows in all its blue glory, over rocks, through the silent trees, seeming dangerous and deadly, except to those who live beneath. The lake of the sanctuary for Forest Dragons.

	From the lofty heights, above the beauties of the trees below. The skies above the Galeful forest are gorgeous, and seemingly endless in miles. Part of the Sanctuary for Forest Dragons.

	Rightfully named, the mossy floor below the forest trees, filled with mosses that stay green all year round. The dragons find a place of reprieve, of rest, and a place to hunt all the rodents of the land.

Aether

Pateo Canyon • Crisana Plains • Highland forest • WingBeat cliffs •	Main Description-This is the home of the mighty and elegant Air Dragons. This territory is filled with cliffs, forests, plains, and a Canyons. Prey is usually abundant and consists of deer, elk, and other small game. The weather is generally warm throughout most months, but chilly in the winter.

The Fighting Pit

The Fighting Pit	last post made in
	The Fighting Pit is exactly what it sounds like. This is a place to unleash the beast in judged battles between both male and female dragons. One can fight for territory or a mate. Fights to the death are rare in this Pit, but it is not unheard of. Dragons under the age of 2 are not permitted to join the fights.

Dragon's Teeth Mountains

Southern Dragon's Teeth Mountains	last post made in
	This is quite the opposite of the Northern Dragon's Teeth Mountains. Vast, lush forests stretch over the towering heights. Food is plenty in this area and there are plenty of valleys and rivers. It is warm all year round and is considered a paradise for Fire Dragons.

Northern Dragon's teeth mountains	last post made in
	This place is bare and frigid, most cannot handle the freezing temperatures and constant blizzards. Thick ice coats the peaks and the stinging winds would harm the wings of those not adapt to cool areas. The prey is mainly mountain goats and ibexes, along with some small game. This is not the best place to raise the young. Few dare to make their home here unless they are Frost Dragons.

Forsaken Desert

Death Valley	last post made in
	Rolling dunes of burning golden sands are the only thing visible in this area. It is dry and unforgiving. This place is where elderly dragons go to live out their last days. Some may find small oasis spotted here and there, but it is rare. The main food source would be small lizards, snakes, and at times camels.

The Hatching Grounds (Mothers and babies only)

Sparkling Forest	last post made in
	This is a peaceful forest in which expecting mothers will go to lay their eggs. The dense canopy lends shelter from the elements as well as other dragons. Mothers will remain in the forest until their hatchlings reach the age of 6 months to a year. Once they reach the age of one they must leave. Other mothers have the right to chase out those older than a year.

Streaming Silver Lake

Silver Lake

A large lake that stretches almost all the way across Starfall. This is the main home for water dwelling dragons The waters are generally warm and inviting at the southern end, cool in the middle, and cold up at the northern end. It is only in the northern end that the water will freeze over. There are multiple underwater caverns that open up in to caves. These can only be accessed through the water.

Black Rock Cavern

The Light Caves	last post made in
	These caves received their name from the soothing light that comes from the many diamonds embedded in the walls. There are tiny openings in the roof that allow both moonlight and sunlight to filter through and reflect off of the many precious jewels inside. This area is remote and private, so most dragons would come here to mate with their loved ones.

SkyFall Terrace

Wind Cliffs	last post made in
	Enjoy the First Flight! Mothers will take their young here to master flight. The cliffs vary in height, some are only a few feet off the ground, while others tower above the clouds. There are strong winds that could easily hold a young dragon, so it is a rather safe area for first flights.
